Exhibition photo contest “Mountain passes in Val Gardena”

The exhibition presents the 20 best photographs from the “Val Gardena Poster 2026” photography competition. The focus is on Val Gardena’s impressive mountain saddles: natural panoramic gateways offering unique views of the Dolomites. Special light conditions, sweeping panoramas and enchanting perspectives reveal the diversity and beauty of this extraordinary landscape.

The award-winning photographs will be exhibited from 21 to 28 August 2026 along Mëisules Street and in Nives Square in Selva di Val Gardena. During this period, visitors can vote for their favourite photograph at the exhibition or through the social media channels. The photograph receiving the most votes will win the Audience Award.

The award ceremony and the announcement of the Audience Award winner will take place on Friday, 28 August 2026.

The photographs will subsequently remain on display until the next edition of the competition as part of a permanent exhibition along Mëisules Street in Selva di Val Gardena and near the “La Curta” escalators in Ortisei.
